At Sombrero, you have full control over your personal data.
You may delete your account and all associated personal information at any time directly from the app through the “Delete Account” option in settings.

Once confirmed:

• All your data (name, phone number, address, location, order history) will be permanently and securely removed from our systems.

• Your account will be closed permanently, and your data cannot be restored afterward.

• Deletion is immediate, although some technical data may take up to 30 days to be fully erased from backups.
